User Service Agreement Welcome to use LuxLifeX! Before using our services, please carefully read and understand this "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us, and applies to your access and use of the LuxLifeX application (hereinafter referred to as "this application") and its related services (hereinafter referred to as "this service"). I. Acceptance and Amendment of the Agreement 1.1 When you download, install, access or use this application and services, it indicates that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to any of the contents of this agreement, please immediately stop using this service. 1.2 We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. The revised agreement will be published within this application or notified to you in other appropriate ways. If you continue to use this service after the content of this agreement changes, it indicates that you have accepted the revised agreement. II. Service Contents 2.1 LuxLifeX is a mobile application that offers downloadable character design videos, image materials, and video dubbing functions. We strive to ensure the stability and security of our service, but we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully meet all your expectations. 2.2 We have the right, based on the needs of business development, to increase, decrease, suspend or terminate part or all of the services at any time without notifying you. III. User Account 3.1 You may need to register an account to use some of the services. You should provide true, accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information and be fully responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password. Any losses resulting from your disclosure of the password or account information shall be borne by you alone. 3.2 You are not allowed to transfer, sell or lend your account to others for use. If we discover that someone other than the original registrant is using this account, we have the right to suspend or terminate the service provided to this account without notifying you. IV. User Behavior Guidelines 4.1 You undertake to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, and promise not to use this service for any illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to: Upload, publish or disseminate any content that opposes the fundamental principles determined by the Constitution, endangers national security, leaks state secrets, subverts the state power, disrupts national unity, damages national honor and interests, incites ethnic hatred, disrupts ethnic unity, violates national religious policies, promotes heresy and feudal superstition, is obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murderous, terrorist or incites crime, etc., which are prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, including intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, and reputation rights. Interfere with or damage this service or the servers and networks connected to it in any way. 4.2 You understand and agree that the final use of any materials downloaded or generated through this service (including but not limited to videos, images, audio) is solely your responsibility for its legality. We only provide technical tools and assume no responsibility for the consequences of your use of the materials. V. Intellectual Property Rights 5.1 All contents included in this application and its services (including but not limited to software, code, interface design, text, images, graphics, audio, video, data, etc.), except for those uploaded by users themselves, all their intellectual property rights and related rights belong to us or the licensor. 5.2 The materials we provide to you are the property of the respective rights holders or have been legally authorized. You may use these materials for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement and the scope of the authorization. However, you are not allowed to resell, sublicense, or claim original rights to the materials. VI. Disclaimer 6.1 This service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, accuracy, or completeness of the service. 6.2 We shall not be held responsible for any service interruption, data loss or other defects caused by reasons beyond our control, such as force majeure, computer viruses, hacker attacks, system instability, network disruptions, communication line problems, defects in third-party services, or government actions. 6.3 Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, derivative or punitive damages that you may suffer as a result of using or being unable to use this service. VII. Termination of the Agreement 7.1 You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by ceasing to use or uninstalling this application. 7.2 If you violate any of the provisions of this agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to you without prior notice, and we reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility. VIII. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution 8.1 The formation, execution, interpretation and resolution of disputes under this agreement shall all be governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China. 8.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be initially resolved through friendly negotiation by both parties. 2.2 我们有权根据业务发展需要，在不通知您的情况下，随时增加、减少、中断或终止部分或全部服务。

三、用户账户

3.1 您可能需要注册账户以使用部分服务。您应提供真实、准确、完整和最新的个人信息，并对账户的安全及密码的保密负全部责任。因您泄露密码或账户信息而导致的任何损失，由您自行承担。

3.2 您不得将账户转让、出售或出借给他人使用。如我们发现非初始注册人使用该账户，有权在不通知您的情况下暂停或终止向该账户提供服务。

四、用户行为规范

4.1 您承诺遵守所有适用的法律法规，并承诺不利用本服务从事任何违法违规活动，包括但不限于：

上传、发布、传播含有任何反对宪法所确定的基本原则、危害国家安全、泄露国家秘密、颠覆国家政权、破坏国家统一、损害国家荣誉和利益、煽动民族仇恨、破坏民族团结、破坏国家宗教政策、宣扬邪教和封建迷信、淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或者教唆犯罪等法律、行政法规禁止的内容。

侵犯任何第三方的知识产权、肖像权、隐私权、名誉权等合法权益。

以任何方式干扰或破坏本服务或与本服务相连的服务器和网络。 4.2 您理解并同意，通过本服务下载或生成的任何素材（包括但不限于视频、图片、音频）的最终使用，由您自行负责其合法性。我们仅提供技术工具，不对您使用素材的后果承担任何责任。

五、知识产权

5.1 本应用及其服务中包含的所有内容（包括但不限于软件、代码、界面设计、文本、图片、图形、音频、视频、数据等），除用户自行上传的内容外，其知识产权及相关权利均归我们或许可方所有。

5.2 我们向您提供的素材，其知识产权归属于相关权利人或已获得合法授权。您可以在遵守本协议及相关授权范围的前提下，为个人或商业目的使用这些素材，但您不得单独出售、转授权或声称对素材拥有原始权利。
