There are three primary roles for Knight Check: Parent, Staff, and Administrator. A given user can be one or all three roles. For example, when you first enroll your school, you are granted all permission levels.

The ability for Staff or Administrators to also be Parent type users means they won't have to have more than one account to perform their staff duties and also attest for their children who attend the school.

<aside> 📓 Note: While an account can be a "parent" at different schools - e.g. a parent who has some children in high school and some in elementary school - staff and administrative accounts are tied to only ONE school. If you are a staff member at multiple schools, you'll need a separate Knight Check account for each.
