Access:

Way 1 - User goes through the mobile platform's side bar menu to access the "Feedback" option

• 1.1 System closes sidebar and opens pop-up FEEDBACK-1 with rating.
• 1.2. Main path: User choses one number field (system automatically fills the number field all the number fields to the left of the chosen one with #425AF2)
• 1.3 Main path: User clicks on "NEXT" leading to FEEDBACK-2 screen. System saves selected rating associating it with the user account (if registered / logged in) or with IP-address. System also adds location of user based on IP address.

• 2.1 Main path: User fills text fields
• 2.2 Main path: User clicks on "NEXT" leading to FEEDBACK-3 screen.
• 3.1 Main path: User fills fields and can select one option under "How has COVID-10 impacted you?".
• 3.2 Main path: User clicks on "SUBMIT FEEDBACK", system saves feedback associating it with the user account (if registered / logged in) or with IP-address. System closes pop-up and shows FEEDBACK-END screen. Error message: For the field "What is your age", only numbers are allowed
• 4.1 Main path: System visualizes FEEDBACK-END screen which disappears after 3 seconds.

Way 2 -User goes through the web platform's drop down menu under "Profile" to access the "Feedback" option

• 1.1 System closes drop down menu and opens pop-up FEEDBACK-1 with rating.
• 1.2. Main path: User choses one number field (system automatically fills the number field all the number fields to the left of the chosen one with #425AF2)
