To use the Membership Subscription Service (the "Service"), you shall read and abide by these Membership Subscription Service Terms (the "Terms").
Upon claiming or purchasing access to the Membership Subscription Service, you will enjoy uninterrupted access to all member-only features within MochiDay for the applicable subscription period.
The Monthly Auto-Renewal Service is an auto-renewal service offered to you when you have an active membership subscription. By subscribing to the Monthly or Annual Auto-Renewal Service, you authorize MochiDay to automatically charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from your available balance account, linked third-party payment accounts, bank cards, carrier accounts, iTunes Account (collectively, the "Account"), or other authorized payment methods, shortly before your current subscription expires36氪.
The charge will be processed within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current billing cycle36氪.
You must link your Account to MochiDay and ensure sufficient funds are available to cover the auto-renewal charge. You shall be solely responsible for any failure to renew due to insufficient funds in your Account.
MochiDay reserves the final right of interpretation of these Terms.
