DrinksTracker User Agreement

Welcome to DrinksTracker. Please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this agreement before using this application. By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using this application, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this agreement.

I. Agreement Parties This agreement is jointly entered into by you and the DrinksTracker operator [Full Name of Operating Entity].

II. Service Content DrinksTracker is a utility application for recording and managing beverage information. You can use this application to record beverage names, brands, types, drinking times, prices, caffeine, volume, notes, photos, and view statistics, reviews, reminders, photo displays, Apple Health synchronization, iCloud synchronization, and related value-added services.

III. Eligibility for Use

  1. You must have full civil capacity; if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should use this application with the consent and guidance of your guardian.
  2. You shall ensure that the content you provide or upload is authentic, legal, and does not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

IV. License and Restrictions

  1. Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use this application on your legally owned devices for non-commercial purposes.
  2. Without our written permission, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lend, sell, distribute, or otherwise illegally utilize this application and its content.

V. User Conduct Guidelines When using this application, you shall not engage in the following behaviors:

  1. Uploading, publishing, or storing illegal, infringing, insulting, defamatory, obscene, or other inappropriate content;
  2. Impersonating another person or infringing upon the privacy, reputation, intellectual property rights, or other legitimate rights and interests of others in any way;
  3. Using this application to engage in illegal or criminal activities;
  4. Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of this application, or bypassing or cracking subscription, authorization, or permission verification mechanisms;
  5. Other behaviors that violate laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or the provisions of this Agreement. VI. Regarding Photos, Notes, and Other User Content
  6. You legally own the rights to the content you upload, photograph, fill in, or generate, and you bear the corresponding responsibility yourself.
  7. To provide you with services such as recording, displaying, synchronizing, statistically analyzing, sharing, and exporting, you agree that we may process your content to the extent necessary to achieve the aforementioned functions.
  8. Unless we obtain your consent or otherwise stipulated by law, we will not use your private records for purposes unrelated to providing you with services.
