The Role
We’re building a best-in-class Growth team and are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to own our paid growth.
We’re an early-stage company where growth is the priority and speed of experimentation is our strongest lever. We’re looking for proactive builders who identify problems and opportunities and take action without waiting for direction.
This role will be working closely with what we call onboardings - you can think of them as short, interactive experiences, similar to playable ads, adapted for messaging games on Jest.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate tightly with Growth Design and Growth Engineering:
Partner on ad concepts, interactive onboardings, landing pages, and conversion experiments. Translate performance insights into clear creative and product direction.
- Drive disciplined, data-informed experimentation and decisive action:
Design structured tests across creatives, audiences, landing experiences, and funnel steps. Move fast while maintaining analytical rigor. Identify growth opportunities and push improvements through execution.
- Own and scale our paid growth effort:
Define channel strategy, allocate budgets, launch campaigns, and continuously optimize performance across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.).
- Build and evolve our analytical and technical foundation:
Ensure clean event tracking and reporting accuracy. Maintain clarity around what’s driving CAC, LTV, and incremental growth. Identify opportunities for UA automation tools and bring them to life.
- Identify new scalable growth levers:
Continuously test emerging platforms, audience segments, and acquisition mechanics to expand our reach efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical thinking - comfortable with analytics tools, working with raw data, prioritizing information, and building dashboards.
- Deep understanding of web attribution and funnel analytics.
- Experience with and deep understanding of major ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
- Proven track record of building successful creative production and testing pipelines.
- Strong ownership mindset - you don’t just run campaigns, you identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute.
