Usability Issues Identified During Audit

I chose to improve the most severe issues I found.

• Issue 1 - Failed to meet WCAG AAA on contrast between main background colour (#326972) and main foreground colour (#FFFFFF). I plan to replace the background image with a darker image so contrast is not an issue for users making it accessible for everyone, gradient ombre effect will not be used.
• Issue 2 - Failed to meet the WCAG AA & AAA guidelines with the use of normal text. To combat this I will make text more bold so it’s easier to see and accessible.
• Issue 3 - When the user clicks the buy online button a pop-up appears…When purchasing a ticket online it says “Travel cards take up to 5 working days to be posted & delivered when purchased online”. Where do users go that want to purchase a ticket for the present day? I will insert options to buy present day tickets and also state that tickets are sent via email.
