What was done

Sam shared a Perplexity Computer link with v2 of the Us vs Them concept mockups. The sandboxed iframe blocked DOM read, but the first element (Two-Card Split: Green Us / Red Competition) was visible via screenshot along with the brief at the top defining the rules (five repeatable elements, navy/orange/white + semantic red/green, Title Case row copy, titles larger than body, no eyebrows, no soliciting language).

Ran the /design:design-critique framework against the visible v2 element. Produced three improved variants on the SAIL brand palette:

Delivered:

  1. Inline rendering of all three variants via the visualize widget so Sam sees them in chat.
  2. Standalone responsive HTML at ~/Documents/Projects/Design Elements - Current/us-vs-them-improved-mockups-v3.html with critique writeup, the three variants, and dev notes (brand tokens, typography, icon library, UTM convention, A/B test recommendation, mobile breakpoints).

Why the session ended

Completed. Three production-ready variants delivered. Sam to pick a direction (or mix), then deploy via wp-content-deployer to a staging page on aguiarinjurylawyers.com.

Recommended next actions

  1. Sam picks a variant (or a mix — A on practice areas, B on homepage mid-page, C on the fees page).
  2. Validate brand hex values against sail-design-foundation skill before deploy. Current file uses navy #0B1F3A, orange #E8751A. If the skill says otherwise, update the HTML.
  3. Stage on a test page first (/landing/bigger-share-test/ or similar), not a production page, then GA4 conversion-attribute per variant via the UTM tags already in the HTML.
  4. Hand off to pre-publish-qa before any homepage placement. No homepage changes without Sam's go-ahead.
  5. Once a variant is chosen, convert it into a Gutenberg pattern or reusable block so it can be dropped onto multiple pages without rebuilding.

Handoff for next agent

The v2 mockups Sam was reviewing live at the Perplexity Computer URL tQda_1EJRy6H_P6KB.7FJw. The iframe is sandboxed so you cannot read it through Chrome MCP — use a screenshot. The v3 file in Design Elements - Current/ is the canonical reference. Three things to know:
