Laura Quebral is the CEO ****for Center for Regional Strategies and provides senior project management, with extensive experience in regional economic development and strategic planning. She currently oversees day-to-day operations for the CRS team, driving initiatives like the $300 million Regional Revitalization Partnership (RRP), a targeted investment strategy fostering community wealth and inclusive growth in underserved areas across New York State.

Previously, Laura directed the UB Regional Institute (UBRI) for over a decade, leading major projects like the Buffalo Billion Phase II plan and the award-winning Western NY Regional Economic Development Plan and Open4, initiatives enhancing small business ecosystems and regional revitalization.

Laura holds Bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology, and a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University at Buffalo.
