– All works remain the copyright of me (Nemera_Nocta) and are not transferred. – Use outside the stated purpose of the commission is not allowed. – All artworks include a signature. – AI training and NFT usage are strictly prohibited. – The requester is responsible for ensuring that any reference materials they provide do not violate copyright. The artist is not liable for disputes arising from the requester’s materials. – Commissions may be declined if the requester’s ability or attitude is deemed unsuitable. – Completed works may be posted on my portfolio, commission samples, and social media.
