To access this page, simply log on to Maindeck.
The first page you see upon login, is a user-specific page. This means that it's custom to the specific user. There are two main components on the page, one is a list of projects and the other is an activity feed.
The list of projects are the projects which the specific user is working on. For a list of all the projects of your organization, go to the page "Projects".
For each project you see the name of the project, the vessel it is for, the type of project, an activity line chart, the phase it's in and the status.
The activity line chart shows the level of activity on the project over the previous 52 weeks (one year). This will allow you to see if people are actively working on a project or not.
The text inside each tag shows which stage it's in, and the color indicates the status.

Inside the various projects, you can change both the stage and status of a project. This is done by clicking on the tag inside the project. It's located on the left navigation phane, just below your company logo.
The list of activities on the page shows all the activities done by you and your colleagues on the projects you are working on. It's a good way to catch up on what has happened since last time when logging back in to Maindeck.
