Crypto might be a last resort option, provided your people in Ukraine have the means to convert crypto into cash, if traditional payments infrastructure isn’t working anymore* *not sure about the compliance & AML aspect, but setting that aside given the situation. A normal crypto exchange like Coinbase should be sufficient, but there may be better ways to transfer with a crypto remittance business e.g. Circle who are behind one of the largest “stablecoins” on the market

From Kyiv people can travel by train. Trains are there always, all the day. There are no exact schedule in order to make sure they are safe.
