Role Summary:

You are a talented, driven designer who utilises technology to create impactful solutions for users. You will become an integral part of a collaborative and growing team, passionate about delivering an accessible and inclusive financial technology product. You will work closely with our customers to develop a deep understanding of their money habits and saving and investing behaviours so that you can improve their financial well-being through the clever use of digital.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with other designers, developers, and product managers to design purposeful, user-centric concepts, solutions, features, products and product enhancements.
• Working across all stages of the product development process, from discovery through to delivery and ongoing optimisation
• Seeking new ways to connect with, learn from and advocate for our users
• Contributing to the definition and expansion of our design systems across both our product and marketing website
• Helping grow an inclusive and diverse team with your unique perspective and personality

What we’d like to see:
