I began by sketching rough wireframes in Figma for a mobile-first layout. These helped me figure out the hierarchy. Once I had a low-fidelity prototype, I tested it using Maze. Feedback showed people struggled to find the booking button, so I moved it to the top so it’s the first thing you see on the page. Next, I worked on high-fidelity mockups and ran another test. This time, beginners still felt unsure, so I added reviews, photos of classes, and a short FAQ section. With the flow settled, I shifted to branding. I designed a cairn stone logo to symbolise balance and chose warm sunset colours to make the brand feel welcoming. Finally, I built the website in Framer, linking it to Eventbrite for bookings and setting up a CMS so the teacher could edit her timetable herself.
