Add 'Deactivate' option to active individual posts in Activity tab

When user clicks the deactivate option, open a popup or provide option (UX decides) to select the reason for deactivation. The following options can be provided for now.

• Goal is accomplished
• Post is no longer required
• Post is not valid anymore

Once an option is selected, move the post to 'Deactivated Posts' tab ideally placed next to 'Activity' section
