USER AGREEMENT AND DISCLAIMER
ATTENTION: THE SALE IS MADE ONLY ON THE CONDITION OF YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF ALL CLAUSES OF THIS AGREEMENT. BY MAKING A PURCHASE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW.
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Seller sells to the Buyer a digital product – a license key (code) for activating software developed by a third party ("the Product"). The Seller is not the developer, author, or copyright holder of this Product and acts solely as a reseller.
1.2. The quality, functionality, compatibility, and stability of the Product are the sole responsibility of its developer. The Seller makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Product.
1.3. The Product's functionality may change from update to update (due to game patches, changes in protection, or other reasons). The description and stated functionality on the product page are for reference only and may not always be current at the time of purchase. The Seller is not responsible for changes in the Product's functionality after its purchase.
2. TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF USE
2.1. Additional Technical Requirements and Functionality
The Buyer agrees that:
- The following conditions are required on their end for the Product to work correctly:
- Windows Defender turned off and the absence of any antivirus software.
- BIOS set to UEFI mode.
- Secure Boot function disabled in BIOS/UEFI settings.
- Absence of anti-cheat systems like Vanguard (VALORANT) and FaceIt, and any others not used to run the game client.
- Use of original, unmodified builds of the Windows operating system. Windows builds with stripped services (custom builds) are not supported and will not work.
- The Buyer understands that setting up and operating the Product may require additional actions on their part not specified in the product description (e.g., removing Windows PIN, enabling or disabling virtualization in BIOS/UEFI, configuring local group policy settings, etc.). Failure to perform these actions as recommended by the Seller constitutes a waiver of further technical support, which the Seller is not obligated to provide.
- Accessing activation servers or using the Product may require enabling a VPN (Virtual Private Network) for certain regions or internet service providers. The Buyer is solely responsible for setting up and using the VPN.
- The developer's servers required for Product activation and operation may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or reasons beyond the Seller's control. In such cases, the Buyer agrees to wait for the servers to be restored.
- The Seller is not responsible for the inability to use the Product related to the need for a VPN or temporary unavailability of the developer's servers.
2.2. Confirmation of Compliance
