- Design a newsletter to be blasted to the general public. Team members will share their email contacts (friends, families, colleagues, etc). Emphasize CLOSE contacts ONLY as we don’t want to be flagged by Google as spam. This newsletter will formally and beautifully present the launch, invite them to join, and more.
- Design imagery and copywriting content to be privately emailed to influential individuals and companies. The wordage has to resonate with the actual help that they can offer. If anyone on the team directly wants to share with someone potentially influential, have them reach out to marketing for help on crafting a thoughtful message.
- Design marketing content to be re-posted throughout social media on consistent timelines - both by FightPandemic and team members. FightPandemic would preferably employ paid ads but how would this be paid for?
- Directly reach out to social media influencers for exposure assistance.
