To supplement US health insurance, all employees are offered a membership for One Medical, a digital-first approach to primary care with chic offices all over New York City. A One Medical membership allows you 24/7 access to primary care - all you do is open the app and wait for up 5 minutes for for a virtual consultation or book a same or next day appointment. The Org pays for the yearly membership and most virtual services are free. For in-person visits there is a ~$20 co-pay and One Medical will work with your existing insurance plan. How to sign up:

• Employees can activate their membership by going to www.onemedical.com/myhealth. When prompted, use the The Org activation code ORGXOM to receive a free membership.
• If a team member already has an account, they can follow the step above, and after submitting the activation code, click "Already a member? Log in" in the top-right corner. At the end of this process, the will automatically receive a prorated refund of the membership fee they had paid.
• Spouses and dependents can register using the same steps as employees and when prompted select "Spouse or Dependent."
• Employees can email hello@onemedical.com with any questions.

What are the costs: The Org pays the yearly membership and OneMedical works with your insurance provider so that you cover the co-pay, deductible etc, according to your existing plan for in office visits. Any online service is covered int he yearly membership and therefore free for you to use.
