Sequoia One Benefits are renewed annually in July. **Outside of Open Enrolment, you can only make changes if you experience a Qualifying Life Event.
Qualifying Life Event Examples ✓ Marriage or divorce ✓ Birth or adoption of a child ✓ Gain or loss of coverage ✓ Loss of dependent status ✓ Move out of or into a new service area ✓ Spouse has a different plan year with their employer
