• With this design, if pool manager wants to maintain several bundles they'd have to create several groups for them. Which is fine. Because the'd probably want separate pools for those as well (maybe even different types of pools or paywalls).
• Pool manager would have to go through commit-reveal scheme every time they publish new scores.

Rejected because breaks compatibility with merkle pools
