About the Role
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our product and engineering team and lead the design of modern, intuitive, and scalable SaaS applications.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complex, workflow-driven environments and enjoys transforming operationally complex systems into simple, user-friendly experiences. Success in this role requires more than strong visual design skills—you must be able to understand business processes, identify user pain points, and design solutions that improve efficiency, usability, and adoption.
You will work closely with product management, stakeholders, and engineering teams to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that drive the evolution of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX and UI design initiatives across multiple web-based SaaS applications.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and user needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create user journeys, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Design intuitive navigation structures, information architecture, and scalable user experiences.
- Simplify complex operational processes into efficient, easy-to-use interfaces.
- Establish and maintain reusable design patterns and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and validate design decisions.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with technical implementation requirements.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Figma AI to accelerate design exploration, documentation, and iteration.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-driven application design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
- Components and variants
- Design systems
- Interactive prototyping
- Developer handoff workflows
