AU: GRADE S, U** refers to Compulsory Courses (Non-credit) These are mandatory courses that students must register for and pass (earning an S*) in order to graduate. However, the results from these courses will not be calculated into the cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA).

GD: GRADE A, B+, B, C+, C, D+, D, F refers to Compulsory and Elective Courses These are standard courses in the curriculum that are evaluated and assigned letter grades. The grades obtained from these courses will be calculated into the cumulative GPA as usual. Please note that these courses are not available for international students.

SU: GRADE S/U refers to Thesis These are courses related to conducting research or writing a thesis. The progress or completion of the work is evaluated as Satisfactory/Pass (S) or Unsatisfactory/Fail (U).
