  1. Starting with your right foot crossing over your left, arm and flag at a 45 degree angle, your flag will be scooped down in front of you from right to left (0:03) and you will begin to spin/”unwind”.
  2. As you spin to your left, on 2 you will be facing opposite from where you started and your flag will be flat above your head pointing behind you.
  3. Your flag is now coming down horizontally from above your head, and you’re nearly done finishing your spin (0:07)
  4. As you finish your spin, your left leg now is in front of your right. Your flag will end up at a a 45 degree angle.
