  1. Starting with your right foot crossing over your left, arm and flag at a 45 degree angle, your flag will be scooped down in front of you from right to left (0:03) and you will begin to spin/”unwind”.
  2. As you spin to your left, on 2 you will be facing opposite from where you started and your flag will be flat above your head pointing behind you.
  3. As you finish your spin, your left leg now is in front of your right. Your flag will end up at a a 45 degree angle.
  4. From the 45 degree angle, use your left hand to push your flag counterclockwise and your right hand will push the flag up. While doing this, you will unwind your feet. (0:10)
  5. Toss/let go of flag on 5, your flag will be pointing down as you toss it.
  6. Flag is in the air spinning, pointing up on 6.
  7. Flag pointing down and right hand is out ready to catch flag.
  8. Flag back in ready position
