Hi! Welcome to my Notion D&D Character Sheet and Database! Let’s see how it works.

1. The Main Screen

1.1. Basic Character Data

This is the main view of your character sheet and where the most basic information will be displayed. All the information here can be changed by hand, unlike other parts of the character sheet. I recommend you to keep it simple and to tweak it as much as you need, as some characters may need data displayed in a way that others don’t, like warlock spells slots, ki points, sorcery points, etc. In mi case, Artin the Warlock has 2 spells slots at his disposal, and I like to have that present.

This section is divided into three parts: the top one, with the briefest description of your character; the medium level, with all the relevant information; and the bottom level, with links to the pages this character sheet contains.

1.2. The Utility Section

This section is divided into two parts: a part for the current or immediate next session, and a part with the relevant information for utility moments, like stats, skills and inventories.

The Current session section is prepared to hold any information you would like to have at hand for your session. Just quick notes you’ll need to do.

The Utility section contains your character’s information about stats, skills and Inventory.

⚠ Caution! ⚠ As this is only a way to display your character’s data, you won’t be able to modify any characteristic here in a comfortable way. To do so, you’ll have to head to the Stats, Skills & Spells. Everything will be updated here automatically.

1.3. The Combat Section

This section is divided in a bunch of parts. First of all, you’ll see the same information you filled in before. Those boxes are callouts, so whatever you change in them will be also changed in the Basic character data, and viceversa.

Then, you have at your disposal a table for your most common attacks. It essentially serves the same purpose as in the official D&D character sheet. My advice is to use it as extensively as you need, as it will become quite useful.

At the bottom left, you will be able to manage your spell slots. You can click on the boxes once you spend some. A warning will appear if you spent more than your total amount. In order to modify the distribution of your spells lots, of to add any feature your character gains, you’ll have to head to the Stats, Spells, Skills section.
