Trust is topic-based. It reflects how many verified people believe you're the right person to rely on in a specific topic. Each verified person may distribute 100 votes across peers. Concentrating votes on a single peer costs quadratically more, encouraging broader recognition instead of centralization.

- Standard threshold is the square root of the second-highest trust score within the given topic.
- Proposals are freely submitted by burning FairShares in the amount matching proposal length.
- After submitting a proposal, it is voted on within a 30-day window. A proposal is valid only if the total voting power reaches standard threshold within the given topic.
- Passed proposals are valid for: 2 years (62% majority), 5 years (67% majority), permanently (75% majority).
- Irrevocable roles are randomly selected for a term when their responsibilities require immunity from public scrutiny.
- Processes requiring definite resolution are decided by 3 randomly selected anonymous peers with 2/3 vote: 2 people with at least 100 trust in the relevant topic and 1 with at least 100 trust in fair judgement.
- Global random seed is derived from genesis hash against a pool of participants.
