## Frequently Asked Questions

**How does the app work?**
Upload a selfie or full-body photo, choose a character, and our AI generates images of you in superhero costumes across different scenes.

**Why did my generation fail?**
Some photos may not work with our AI. Try a clear, well-lit photo with your face visible. If it keeps failing, try a different photo.

**How do I unlock all characters?**
Your first character is free with watermarks. Tap "Unlock All Characters" ($4.99) to get all 6 characters with clean, watermark-free images.

**How do I restore my purchase?**
Go to the unlock screen and tap "Restore" at the bottom.

**How long are my images saved?**
Generated images are stored on your device for 30 days. Save them to your Photos app to keep them permanently.

**Can I get a refund?**
Purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

## Privacy

True Viltrumite processes your photos using Google's Gemini AI to generate images. Your photos are sent to Google's servers for processing and are not stored permanently. We do not collect personal data, require sign-in, or track your activity. Generated images are stored locally on your device only.

True Viltrumite ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy.

**Data We Collect:** None. The App does not require account creation, login, or personal information.

**Photo Processing:** When you generate images, your uploaded photo is sent to Google's Gemini API for AI processing. Google's privacy policy applies to this processing. Photos are not stored on our servers.

**Local Storage:** Generated images are stored locally on your device for up to 30 days. No data is synced to external servers.

**Purchases:** In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.

**Analytics:** The App does not include any analytics or tracking SDKs.

**Children:** The App is not directed at children under 13.
