This may occur if python3 isn't on your PATH.

• Linux & macOS will have python3 on its path if you've installed python correctly.
• On windows, you need to do two things.

  • Find python installation path

    

    

  • Copy python.exe to python3.exe

    

  • Add python installation path to PATH

    

  • Restart shell & check with python3
