There are a few instances that can prevent Staat & Jira from connecting properly. In this tutorial, you'll see different scenarios that may be effecting your connection success.

If you don't see the "Upload App" button next to "Build a new app," don't worry one of two things could be going on:
Make sure your privacy settings are set up correctly by clicking "Settings" next to "Audit Log" below your list of User-installed apps
Make sure both boxes are checked. Once they are checked, reload the page and "Upload app" should appear next to "Build a new app"
If your settings are checked, or you don't see an option for settings, you will need your Jira administrator to upload the app for you.
Once they upload the app, you will be able to skip this step and head straight to launching your first team.
