Symptoms: Workflow runs but finds no posts
Causes:
- LinkedIn username is wrong
- Prospect's activity is set to private
- RSS feed temporarily unavailable
Fixes:
- Double-check LinkedIn usernames (copy from their profile URL)
- Test RSS URL directly:
linkedin.com/in/USERNAME/recent-activity/.rss
- Switch to prospects with public activity
- Wait 30 minutes and try again
"Google Gemini Quota Exceeded"
Symptoms: Red error in AI node, workflow stops
Causes: Hit free tier limit (happens with heavy usage)
Fixes:
- Reduce workflow frequency (every 2-4 hours instead of 30 minutes)
- Limit lead list to 5-10 prospects initially
- Switch to OpenAI (better free tier limits)
- Upgrade to Gemini paid plan ($0.50/month)
"Slack Notifications Not Appearing"
Symptoms: Workflow runs successfully but no Slack messages
Causes: Wrong channel ID, permissions, or webhook issues
