For the Asset Store marketing materials, we baked the lighting in all of our scenes. However, we do not include those lightmaps with the asset pack to reduce overall download/project size for the pack.
To resolve this locally, you need to Generate Lightmaps for relevant example scenes. For more information, see the Unity documentation.
To see your current Bitworks version, you can look in the Tools > Bitworks menu to see your current version.
