Background and logos require uploading an image file (jpeg, png, gif); we do not accept pdf or any other non-image file.
If you do not see the image after uploading it, click Save
and try to reload the page.
Go to Branding and check if your most recent changes are present. If it is not showing, then most likely, your recent changes were not saved. Make your changes and click Save
.
If you just added an image to the Branding page, it may take up to 10 minutes for the change to take effect and begins showing on your menu. After 10 minutes, please reload the page.
