Q3 OKRs for the Treasury Guild

1️⃣ Liquidity Incentives

• Manage and execute a strategy for ecosystem-wide liquidity rewards for T, tBTC, thUSD and Coverage Pools.
• Execute on the tBTCv1 Sunsetting proposal (including tBTCv2 liquidity incentives). (reference: https://blog.threshold.network/v1-to-v2-migration-roadmap/).
• Build a Staker Incentives process and execute when needed.

2️⃣ Treasury Diversification

• Create strategy for how to implement treasury diversification (1-2 years)
• Diversify treasury 10% to build asset resilience

3️⃣ DAO Accounting ****

• Manage and execute on Treasury Guild’s budget and fund requests for incentives, diversification and expenses.
• Continuously maintain state of treasury sheets and share a quarterly report with rest of DAO
• Execute on the DAO’s payroll system.
