Travelperk is a tool used for business related travel outside of the Netherlands. An account setup is only needed when you are planning a business travel or are a frequent traveller.

All business trips need to be booked via TravelPerk

How does it work?

  1. Get approval from your departments head for your travel
  2. In case you do not have a TravelPerk account yet, consult with @Jennifer Schneeberg or @Nienke Brinkman. We will get you an account. 🙂
  3. Book your entire trip (hotel + travel) in one time via TravelPerk. Do this at least 7 days in advance.
  4. There is a travel policy with guidelines the expenses of your travel Business trips expense policy. Try to book your trip inside the Travel policy.
    1. In case your travel is inside policy, only the head of department will have to approve the trip.
    2. In case your is travel outside policy, Igo will have to approve your trip.
  5. When your trip is approved, officially confirm your trip via TravelPerk.
