Motorway has partnered with some of the UK’s leading vehicle delivery specialists to collect and deliver vehicles nationwide. Have your vehicle collected from any private address and delivered directly to your dealership. Our transport service is easy to use and cost effective.

How it works

1. Book transport

When you purchase any vehicle with Motorway, you can book transport via the sales confirmation email or within the vehicle profile in your Motorway account.

2. Arrange a suitable time

One of our transport partners will contact the seller to organise a suitable time and confirm this works with you before sending over a confirmation to your email address.

3. On-site inspection

One of our partners will carry out a detailed on-site appraisal and test drive the vehicle. The vehicle is photographed and info is shared with you in real-time, allowing you to have a complete overview before proceeding to payment.

4. Payment & handover

You can discuss the vehicle’s condition with the driver and you can talk to the seller to resolve any issues if required. When you are ready to proceed, you will be required to transfer money to the private seller’s bank account before the vehicle is taken away.

5. The vehicle is delivered

A member of your team with the authority to sign the point of delivery form (POD) can then receive the vehicle at your dealership. When delivery is completed, an invoice for the delivery will be raised by our team.
