Want to serve your customers across borders? You can select a language for each individual guided selling app. The languages we support in Aiden are: Dutch, English, German, Danish, French, Italian and Spanish. Selecting a language affects the standard texts of the app, such as the “Next” and “Start over” buttons. The questions, answers and other texts are defined by you in Conversation.

If you’re rolling out an app in multiple languages, we recommend that you first finish it in one language, then duplicate the app and translate it.

See the step-by-step guide below for detailed instructions. Or use the quick checklist.

  5. Replace the copy in Conversation with your own translated copy.

  6. Are the product URLs in your catalogue the same for all languages, because of an automatic redirect? You can keep the original catalogue. Continue with step 8.

  7. Do the product URLs in your original app contain a language indicator (like .com/fr for a French website)? Then you need to replace the catalogue.

Are you using additional fields from your catalogue in the advice screen? Make sure the content of these fields is in the correct language.
