BACKGROUND

SP Group is collaborating with HDB to bring Centralised Cooling System (CCS) to Tengah Resident.

CCS is an eco-friendly technology that replaces inefficient conventional cooling methods. The same concept is being used in buildings across Marina Bay. Tengah will be the Singapore first housing township to experience CCS, enabling resident to save cost and planet.

How might we improve the counter experience and optimise workflow for sales ambassador?

Being the first touchpoint of learning about CCS, the counter experience is vital role to give Tengah resident a good overview about centralised cooling technology.

Business Goals
