Feedback/ criticising training

  1. Create seperate groupchat with design cores + potential design cores Create seperate groupchat with camera cores + potential camera cores
  2. Every video/ design/ project ever, whoever is service director will not review the project, forward the draft to the groupchat as above^ and get the potential cores to use the sandwich method to review the draft
  1. CORES in the groupchat will first read through what potential cores text out, then will review the criticism the potential cores give make sure to think of how they can give feedback better!
  2. Get the potential cores to make the changes to their feedback accordingly to what the cores have given, then once changed can send the feedback out to the PIC of the draft
  3. this follows through until no more feedback is needed, then can send the final draft to the core team groupchat and post if approved.

Discipleship/ spiritual training

  1. (Very up to the ML/ AML/ HODs) Come for every ministry discipleship and leader’s discipleship
  2. Make sure their BRC is somewhat consistent (in the event of no more BRC left to do, start a personal Bible plan on the app and share with them so that both leader and pc can do together and share what they caught)
  3. Come early before every Creative Session to align and pray

On Saturday’s

  1. Come for every huddle @1pm
  2. After main huddle, make sure to come for VS huddle at the back, Cores might ask you to lead/ support huddle + teach you what to do to set up
  3. Be prepared to serve! We unfortunately got member’s who will ffg us unexpectedly, so always be prepared to serve spontaneously.
  4. In event of having to serve, serve joyfully! As much as we hope people don’t see us, they still do especially those who are serving, so enjoy the moment as much as you can because your energy can be contagious and encourage others to enjoy the moment also!
