<aside> 🏔️ The idea behind Trailleo was simple - to build the largest collection of hand-curated trails around the world, so that Trekking enthusiasts can find their next adventure with minimal friction.

When I joined the team, Trailleo was already a working prototype, and my role was to revamp the existing UI, as well as design for new features like gamifying the entire Trekking experience, adding social elements, journals, and referrals. It is still a Work in Progress, but let me share some info and insights from the project -

We would take a look into two particular aspects of Trailleo -

Search and Explore 🔍

Explore is the landing screen for the App where the user comes across a selection of Popular Trails around their location, available as a Carousel and curated lists of Trail locations.

<aside> 🏔️ User Story - Game of Trails brings us closer to the trails we love in many different ways. First, it brings all the trails around the country at one place by the press of a button making it easier to find your next favorite trail. The search and filter feature helps you define the adventure you wish to undertake. The feature should help trekker come up with a list of few treks, which he can know more about in the trail information page. He can then finalize his next adventure using the Search and explore flow.
