Information We Collect

When you apply for a position with us, we gather information that helps us assess your suitability, including your contact details, employment history, qualifications, and references. We also collect documentation verifying your right to work, such as passport details, visa information, or other identity documents as required by immigration laws. We may also collect results of any pre-employment checks and other relevant information you choose to share during the application process.

For our employees, we collect and maintain information necessary for managing the employment relationship. This includes personal details needed for payroll processing, banking information, tax and benefit details, and records related to your performance, health (where relevant to employment and benefits), leave, and professional development. We also collect and process information about your use of our IT systems.

If you work from one of our co-working spaces in the UK or Melbourne, then you may be covered by the CCTV used on those premises for safety and security purposes. These cameras are not owned, operated or accessible by Tracksuit. If you have any questions about how that information is stored or used, or to request any footage of you, then you should contact the office manager of your co-working space.

How we Use Your Information

We collect your personal information to effectively manage our relationship with you. For job applicants, this means evaluating your suitability for the role and making informed hiring decisions. If you are unsuccessful, but have agreed to us retaining your application information, then we will use it to consider you for similar roles that may arise within 1 year of your original application.

For employees, the purpose is to administer your employment, process your pay and benefits, support your development and performance, ensure workplace safety, and maintain necessary business records. In all cases, we collect only what's needed to fulfil these purposes and to meet our legal obligations as an employer.
