The idea is to track as much as possible I do from keystrokes to pulse. This is long term project and I will add information here as I come up more ways to track things.

Chrome normally stores only 90 days but this takes backup to local storage and that way keeps the history forever.

Every Sunday I write here in Notion (in private) what I did that week, what went well, what didn't go well, and some goal for the next week.

Google Calendar

I keep track of everything I do with 15 min accuracy on my Google Calendar. I have different calendars to group certain activities together. I try to update the calendar after the activity ends but sometimes I don't remember, I'm in a place where I can't do it, or I do random small things and don't mark them very accurately.
