Charged Inbound Messages: when you run out of your free inbound message quotation of your plan, you will be charged by each message. Display how many inbound messages we have charged and the percentage of the total inbound messages vs next tier's free inbound message quotation.
For example, in the following screenshot's case, you are in Single plan and total inbound message is 35, next tier is bundle plan with 150 free inbound quotation, then you have only used 23% of 150 if you upgrade to bundle plan. You can made the decision of upgrading according to this number.
