Data we collect: TotalBodyIQ collects workout data, body metrics, and training history that you manually enter into the app. If you grant permission, we also read health data from Apple HealthKit.

How we use it: Your data is used only to provide the app's features — readiness scores, workout generation, and progress tracking. It is processed on your device.

Analytics: We use PostHog analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate. This includes which features are used and session frequency. No personally identifiable information is sent.

HealthKit: HealthKit data is never shared with third parties and is not used for advertising. It stays on your device.

Data deletion: To delete all your data, uninstall the app. All locally stored data is removed automatically. To request deletion of any analytics data, email us at [your email].
