Topics are essentially libraries of claaps with the option to manage user access for a smaller group of people within your workspace. Topics are here to help you organize your claaps and make them easier to find and share. In other words, a topic is a group of claaps that you can share with your teammates all at once.

Topics overview

Topics bring order and clarity to work — you can create them for any project, vertical, or team. With the right people and information in one place, teams can share ideas, make decisions, and move work forward.

All the topics to which you are invited are listed alphabetically in the lateral bar. Next to the name of the topic you see its icon. Click a topic name to see its details: description, invited users and related claaps.

Sharing a topic

When you invite users to your workspace, they immediately get access to all workspace-shared topics.

Workspace members with an access to a topic can also share it directly with other users. They can invite collaborators via email or with a public link.
