If you enjoyed this challenge, you’ll love the job. We recommend tuning into your own energy levels as you go through each of the three parts - what filled your cup? What didn’t? Can you picture yourself working through these types of problems every day in a team?

What is your interview process for this Growth role?
NextWork is an early-stage, seed-funded startup building the future of learning.
We’re changing how people learn AI skills through hands-on projects, with 200,000+ learners across 190+ countries. Our community has people going from janitor to IT lead, landing dream roles at Amazon, and even running 500-person events, all from portfolios they built on NextWork.
In the future, people will be able to learn all skills on NextWork, not just AI. We’re a 7-person team that just relocated from New Zealand to Austin, TX in March.

There's a role in a Michelin-starred restaurant called the maître d'. They're the first face you see when you walk in. They know your name. They notice the table that's been waiting too long before you do. They don't sell you anything - they host and welcome you. The business outcome (you come back, you tell friends, you become a regular) is downstream of the feeling.
This role is the maître d' of NextWork.
