Mistake 1: Bad Product Market Fit
Most brand owners are so excited to launch their product but they didn’t analyze the market correctly and are stuck trying to make sales with a product that was destine to fail from the start.
Here is how I validate winning products.
- Make sure your product solves a problem(these product will sell themselves)
- Make sure your product can be sold as a subscription(This will make your brand compound)
- Make sure your product has healthy profit margins($35+)
- Check the search volume on google to understand how big your market is. (I use keywords everywhere chrome extension. I look for trends and high monthly search volume. Like the image below)

- Then check the monthly visitors on your competitors(Using similar web chrome extension. This will show you the product is already working if they are getting good website visitors.)

Mistake 2: No Backend
Most new brand just run ads to a product page and expect great results. While ignoring what actually makes a store profitable.
Heres what to do instead:
