Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Location: 3-4 days onsite in Baltimore, MD 21218

Duration: 6 months CTH

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Microsoft servers, SQL servers, and visual servers.
• Oversee Corp to Corp Commvault storage solutions, both on-premises and cloud-based backups.
• Work with Dell storage and consider other storage solutions as needed.
• Utilize Nutanix (similar to VMware) for virtual environments.
• Design and implement systems architecture.
• Collaborate with vendor engineers for purchasing services and building out systems.
• Manage Active Directory with 2 physical domain controllers on Dell hardware and additional virtual servers.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong background in Windows and some experience with Linux, particularly in a Nutanix environment.
• Proven ability of USA staffing to design and build systems from the ground up.
• Experience with Active Directory, including physical and virtual domain controllers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
