The ToV that we use within the Superteam compliments the external one. In this document, we give a detailed description of its particularities.

We are not fans of an overly serious or patronizing tone. We try to avoid complex formal constructions and prefer the style you would use to address a good friend, with plenty of jokes and conversational phrases.
Our style is brief, simple and to the point. We say no to empty talk, but dry replies with no soul (or emojis) are not great either.
Our tone of voice sounds warm and caring towards every listener or reader. We avoid using patronizing and dismissive words.
We are always positive and are looking to the future with the certainty that it holds great things! This is reflected in our tone of voice.
We are friendly and positive, but transparent and honest. We do not sugarcoat or smooth over a challenging situation.
