Ingredients 1–2 slices sourdough 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1–2 tbsp olive oil 1 garlic clove, minced or rubbed on toast Salt & black pepper ½ tsp chili flakes, optional Burrata Fresh basil

Steps

  1. Toast the sourdough Toast or pan-fry the sourdough with olive oil until golden and crispy.
  2. Cook the tomatoes Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and become juicy.
  3. Assemble Spoon the warm cherry tomatoes over the sourdough. Place burrata on top. Add fresh basil on top.
