Ingredients
1–2 slices sourdough
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced or rubbed on toast
Salt & black pepper
½ tsp chili flakes, optional
Burrata
Fresh basil
Steps
- Toast the sourdough
Toast or pan-fry the sourdough with olive oil until golden and crispy.
- Cook the tomatoes
Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Cook for 5–7 minutes until the tomatoes soften and become juicy.
- Assemble
Spoon the warm cherry tomatoes over the sourdough.
Place burrata on top.
Add fresh basil on top.
