Toki (“Toki”, “we”, “us”) is a document expiry tracking app that helps you store document details on your device and receive reminders before expiry dates.
We care about privacy. Toki is designed to work without an account and without sending your document data to our servers.
1) Summary
- Your documents are stored on your device. We do not operate a cloud service for Toki.
- No login required. We do not collect account details because there are no accounts.
- No advertising tracking. We do not sell personal data.
- Purchases are handled by Apple/Google. We use RevenueCat to manage entitlements for Pro.
2) Data we process
A) Data you create in the app (stored locally)
Toki stores the information you enter on your device, such as:
- Document title, category/type, issuer/country
- Holder name (optional), document number (optional)
- Issue date, expiry date, renewal history, notes
- Reminder preferences (e.g., 30/7/1 days before at a set time)
- Attachments (if enabled): photos or files (such as PDFs)
Where it lives: in the app’s local storage (e.g., SQLite and app sandbox).
